Submicron-sized superantigen biomimetic liposomes with highly efficient pulmonary accumulation to remodel local immune microenvironment for cancer chemoimmunotherapy.

The superantigen biomimetic liposomes reversed local immunosuppression and increased pulmonary CD4-positive and CD8-positive T-cell proportions. Combined paclitaxel treatment increased tumor-cell apoptosis and reduced tumor burden, supporting the system's chemoimmunotherapy activity in the reported models.
