Key Finding
The decrease in subset of CD63 high PGR high endometrial epithelial cells with high levels of progesterone receptor, autophagy and exosomes should contribute to the decrease in subset of NK cells. The study provides deeper insights into endometrial microenvironment disorder of RIF that are potentially applicable to improving the etiological diagnosis and therapeutics of unexplained RIF.
Countstar Connection
Countstar (model not specified) measured cell viability in the study's cell samples before single-cell analysis in the 2022 Theranostics study.
