Targeted genetic engineering and serum-free culture conditions were combined to support long-term expansion of porcine satellite cells for cultured meat. The engineered cells retained proliferative and differentiation capacity and were evaluated in three-dimensional constructs, addressing scalability and functional maintenance in animal-cell agriculture.
