Finally, animal experiments indicated that the transplantation of liver ductal organoids harvested from suspension culture can effectively alleviate liver injury and inflammation, demonstrating the feasibility of large-scale production of liver ductal organoids cultivated in suspension culture with an improved extracellular matrix environment.
