Key Finding
The XMJ ultrafiltration extract significantly improved the morphological changes in the injured HUVECs. These properties significantly inhibited the H 2 O 2 -induced injury of HUVECs, which may be associated with the NO-cyclic guanosine monophosphate signaling pathway.
Countstar Connection
Cell-count and viability assessment in the study's cell samples was performed with Countstar (model not specified) during sample-quality assessment.
