Cellular evaluation showed that 177 Lu-PDA-CS-MgO had significant anti-tumor effect and blocked tumor cell cycles in S phase. The study demonstrated that 177 Lu-PDA-CS-MgO microsphere hold great potential as interventional brachytherapy candidate for HCC therapy.
