Key Finding
Reg3beta was produced by dorsal root ganglion neurons after model establishment and promoted local infiltration of proinflammatory macrophages. A neuronal Reg3beta-macrophage TNF-alpha positive-feedback loop sustained dorsal root ganglion neuroinflammation and persistent pain in the rat CRPS-I model.
Countstar Connection
For the study's cell samples, Countstar Mira FL supplied cell-viability measurements during preparation for single-cell or single-nucleus analysis.
