Key Finding
In this study, the authors found that HMMR was elevated in LUAD and that its high expression was associated with poor clinicopathological features and adverse outcomes in LUAD patients. Furthermore, the findings demonstrated that the expression of HMMR was positively correlated with immune cell infiltration and immune modulation.
Countstar Connection
A Countstar instrument supported assessment of flow-cytometry cell measurements in the study's cell samples during migration assessment in the 2022 Frontiers in oncology study.
