Key Finding
By comparing protein expression ratios between DE and non-DE tissues, the authors found that p-S6 levels were significantly higher in B cells and fibroblasts of DE samples than non-DE samples. In summary, the findings elucidated the specific tumor microenvironment in DE DLBCL tissues and identified p-S6 as a promising therapeutic target to enhance the efficacy of chemotherapy.
Countstar Connection
Countstar (model not specified) provided cell-count measurements for the study's cell samples during the study's migration assessment.
