Key Finding
In patients with stage III ALK-positive NSCLC, induction ALK-TKI therapy enabled complete tumor resection with limited postoperative complications. Alectinib produced numerically higher major and complete pathological response rates than crizotinib and was associated with longer progression-free survival, supporting the strategy's clinical feasibility.
Countstar Connection
The study obtained cell-viability measurements from the study's cell samples using Countstar Altair during preparation for single-cell or single-nucleus analysis.
