Key Finding
After human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell treatment, 47.1% of participants achieved at least 40% PASI improvement and 17.6% had no or minimal disease by PGA. Responders also showed increased regulatory and memory CD4-positive T cells and decreased Th17 cells and serum IL-17.
