In this report, the authors proposed an effective for generating monoclonal antibodies from rabbits by using histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi) to improve antibody gene diversity, particularly the diversity of the complementarity-determining regions (CDRs) which determines the specificity of the antibody.
