Key Finding
Due to the limited understanding of its tumor microenvironment (TME) and the absence of effective treatments, further research is essential to elucidate its pathogenic mechanisms and improve therapeutic strategies. The scRNA-seq analysis revealed significant differences in the distribution of perivascular cells, fibroblasts, T cells, endothelial cells, and myeloid cells in breast angiosarcoma compared to invasive breast cancer.
Countstar Connection
The study used Countstar Rigel S2 for cell-count and viability assessment in the study's cell samples before single-cell analysis in the 2025 Breast cancer research: BCR study.
