Key Finding
Single-cell profiling showed that homologous-recombination-deficient and -proficient high-grade serous tubo-ovarian cancers contain distinct epithelial, fibroblast, macrophage, and T-cell states. These differences identified separate therapeutic opportunities for PARP-inhibitor-resistant HRD tumors and poorly responsive HRP tumors.
Countstar Connection
Countstar (model not specified) quantified cell viability in the study's cell samples before single-cell analysis in the 2024 Advanced science study.
