Key Finding
The study established organoids from primary human FTE and introduced TP53 as well as RAD51D knockdown to enable the exploration of their mutational impact on FTE lesion generation. The co-deletion of TP53 and RAD51D downregulated cilia assembly, development, and motility, but upregulated multiple HGSOC-associated pathways, including the IL-17 signaling pathway.
Countstar Connection
Countstar Castor S1 was used for flow-cytometry cell measurements measurement in organoid samples before single-cell analysis for the organoid or 3D-culture experiments.
